Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a type of meditation used to anchor into the present moment. Meditation are techniques used to master the management of the mind. Aroma therapy utilizes natural oils to reduce stress and heighten the mind body connections. Affirmations are positive statements said to the self for empowerment. Guided meditation focuses on creating a peaceful journey via imagery, self-reflection, & storytelling. Some guided meditations may focus on the body, guiding you to relax the body in parts and then whole. Some meditations may focus on the breath or affirmations, teaching you to utilize them as anchors to emotional stability.
Yoga
Yoga focuses on movement of the body. This ancient art uses movement, stillness, and breath to build and maintain a relationship with the mind and the body. Yoga creates balance in the body, improves strength, focus, and clarity of the mind.
There are various types of yoga styles and session intensity. Ultimately yoga is about bringing your focus inward and building a better relationship with the mind and body through movement and the breath. Yoga is best for releasing tension from the body, building strength, and creating space.
Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy balancing technique. This practice requires gentle touch on the body from the practitioner. This technique is best for chakra balancing and energy rejuvenation. Chakras are known as your energy centers within the body. Chakras are sometimes called your energetic spine. They begin right above the head, straight down the spine, ending just below the tail bone. Chakra’s lay over vital organs such as the brain, heart, intestines, kidney and reproductive systems. Everyday stress impacts our energy centers, causing energetic blockages. Energetic blockages lead to dis- ease in the body. Reiki balances energy and improves self-awareness.
Sound Healing
Vibrational medicine, utilizing ancient instruments to create healing frequencies. Frequencies are heard & felt within the body.
Quantum Healing
Quantum healing sessions requires client to lay on a bed with a sheet draped over the body. Various musical instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, rain sticks, chimes, and drums are placed around and/or on the body. Session is infused with reiki, sound healing, guided meditation & aroma therapy. The sounds from the tools emit vibrations and sounds that calms the nervous system and rejuvenates energy. These vibrations penetrate the skin and clears emotional and energetic blockages. These sessions are great for those in need of rest, relaxation, clarity, and refocus.
